Gaard is the last part of my surname, Nørgaard: northern farm.

As a long-time software developer and musician, combining the two felt natural: I started building my own plugins, tailored to do exactly what I needed. Now I'm ready to share them with you. My first plugin, VariBlend, started with a simple wish: I wanted my effects to follow my playing instead of my feet. Every plugin from Gaard Audio is designed to react to the musician first.
